I’ve heard that cell phone numbers are now being ‘released’ to telemarketing companies for solicitation purposes. Since I’d rather be ‘safe than sorry’ I called my number in to the government site to have it taken off. Call the following number from any phone you want to have a block on : 888-382-1222 or go to www.donotcall.gov. It only takes a minute and blocks most of these calls to your cell. However, it takes about six months to work efficiently so do it today. You must call from the cell phone or land line number you want to have blocked. Moms, if your kids have cell phones have them call this number or do it yourself.
Also, put all your numbers with an identifying name into your cell phone so you know who is calling you. Do not answer a call you do not recognize, unless, of course, you are in some kind of contest to see how high your cell bill can go.

Did you know that political calls are exempt? Yes, the pols can call you on your home phone and cell phone with no penalty.
These calls are an epidemic and are invading the privacy of All American Voters.
